Key Responsibilities

•Participate in sourcing and diligence across primary, co-investment, and secondary opportunities, developing diligence strategy, analysis, and independent investment views.
•Participate in investment decision-making by presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee and addressing complex risk/return considerations.
•Develop and execute portfolio construction strategy, including asset allocation, pacing, diversification, and manager selection.
•Maintain and expand relationships with fund managers, sponsors, and market participants to enhance proprietary deal flow and co-investment opportunities.
•Oversee due diligence (financial, operational, qualitative), mentor junior professionals, and collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to structure and monitor investments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically 7–10+ years in private equity, fund-of-funds investing, investment banking, or related experience with demonstrated progression.
•Proven track record leading investments across primaries, secondaries, and/or co-investments with responsibility for investment decisions and outcomes.
•Deep expertise in financial analysis and valuation, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information into clear investment judgments.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience leading Investment Committee discussions and engaging senior external partners.
•Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future (including listed visa categories).
