Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 7–10+ years in private equity, fund-of-funds investing, investment banking, or related experience with demonstrated progression.
  • •Proven track record leading investments across primaries, secondaries, and/or co-investments with responsibility for investment decisions and outcomes.
  • •Deep expertise in financial analysis and valuation, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information into clear investment judgments.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience leading Investment Committee discussions and engaging senior external partners.
