PMC Lead Planning and Cost Engineer

Lead planning and cost engineering activities for the ADNOC Offshore project, supporting project controls across tendering and execution. Own contractual cost-control and estimation requirements, evaluate bids for compliance, and develop technical evaluation/report content. Analyze variation requests and claims, prepare counter-estimates using unit-rate schedules, and support management approvals through AFE/AFOU preparation and coordination with Project Control Managers. Ensure costs are charged correctly to account codes.
