Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure injection mold production efficiency through process design and development and provide direct production support.
  • •Serve as the customer representative for product issues, including quality and deliveries, and drive issues to closure.
  • •Maintain daily quality (PPM and related targets) and cost data for customers and the Grandview plant.
  • •Fulfill new parts submission requirements (PPAP) and provide on-site problem resolution at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate quarantine/containment actions, support APQP/AQP for launches and changes, and lead continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • •5 years of experience in quality assurance or related experience.
  • •Solid working knowledge of quality principles, audit protocols, inspection procedures, and PPAP.
  • •Knowledge of continuous improvement tools/processes to participate in cross-functional projects to resolve supplier issues.
  • •Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with strong analytical and interpersonal follow-up skills.
