Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the OMS product backlog, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
  • •Translate business requirements into detailed features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned PODs, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • •Define and deliver core OMS capabilities including order capture, orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, and returns.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to plan API-first microservices architecture and integrations with eCommerce, ERP, payment, shipping, and third-party platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • •Experience with custom OMS solutions or enterprise OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, or Fluent Commerce.
  • •Strong understanding of the order lifecycle, including inventory control, fulfillment, and returns processing, for both B2C and B2B commerce models.
