Job Summary

Own and evolve a custom Order Management System (OMS) that supports both B2C and B2B commerce. Translate business workflows into detailed product capabilities, user stories, and acceptance criteria, then drive end-to-end delivery across Agile PODs. Modernize legacy OMS implementations by reverse-engineering current-state processes, defining future-state solutions, and coordinating API-first microservices architecture and integrations with eCommerce, ERP, payments, shipping, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the OMS product backlog, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
•Translate business requirements into detailed features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned PODs, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
•Define and deliver core OMS capabilities including order capture, orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, and returns.
•Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to plan API-first microservices architecture and integrations with eCommerce, ERP, payment, shipping, and third-party platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role.
•Strong hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
•Experience with custom OMS solutions or enterprise OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, or Fluent Commerce.
•Strong understanding of the order lifecycle, including inventory control, fulfillment, and returns processing, for both B2C and B2B commerce models.
