Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in four six-month rotations across multiple Finance functions, including accounting & expense operations, revenue operations, treasury, procurement & sourcing, internal audit, and finance & strategy.
  • •Contribute to high-impact projects such as process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Apply AI tools and techniques to optimize and automate Finance processes and improve efficiency and insight.
  • •Build fluency in AI-powered analysis and help close the AI skills gap within Finance by sharing knowledge with the cohort and stakeholders.
  • •Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, supported by mentorship and coaching from senior Finance leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated analytical ability and comfort working with data, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in fast-changing environments.
