Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes and support installation/qualification of process equipment.
  • •Monitor and respond to process control alarms with course corrections and escalation as needed; evaluate process trends.
  • •Collect, analyze, and adjust process control data throughout the shift to keep processes on target.
  • •Perform standard tests for recycling, wastewater, and ultra-pure water systems; troubleshoot and complete minor maintenance and repairs (e.g., pumps).
  • •Safely handle hazardous waste and respond to hazardous material spills per HAZMAT standards; maintain records and shift pass-down communications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required.
  • •Meet qualification criteria: 1+ years of FS technical experience or 1+ years in industrial/commercial operations or a technical setting, or an associates degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Experience in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting will be preferred.
  • •Basic electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge, plus the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems within the process.
  • •Ability to operate PLC-controlled computerized equipment and perform basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
