•Own key growth metrics across the funnel — from acquisition through to conversion and early retention — and drive measurable, sustained improvement.
•Define and execute a roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term structural improvements to the customer experience.
•Partner closely with engineering and design to ship experiments and features at pace — you know how to move fast without sacrificing quality.
•Use data, customer research, and qualitative insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and build a clear case for prioritisation.
•Run structured experiments: define hypotheses, design tests, measure impact, and translate findings into product decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually
