Job Summary

Support manufacturing operations by maintaining capacity modeling data integrity through engineering change control, monitoring, and coordination with tool owners. Perform capacity analysis and “what-if” studies to evaluate production impact, cycle time improvements, throughput effects, and constraint/tool readiness. Conduct time studies and equipment loading studies, develop and maintain wafer fabrication process methods and layouts, and provide data and recommendations for management reviews and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain capacity modeling data integrity via engineering change control monitoring and coordination with tool owners.
•Gather inputs for capacity analysis, assess production impact, and run “what-if” analyses for business changes.
•Collect and validate data using stopwatch time studies and automation log analysis to understand throughput impact of process changes.
•Optimize and maintain wafer fabrication methods, operation sequences, equipment layouts, and processes; conduct equipment loading studies and flow linearization/variation reduction.
•Provide capacity and cost analysis support for decision-making, interface with engineering/manufacturing/planning on new methods/flows/process releases, and prepare management review information.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related engineering discipline).
•1+ years of experience in a semiconductor fab environment, including capacity modeling and simulation models (e.g., AutoSched).
•Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing smock.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with analytical/problem-solving ability.
