Production Supervisor 3rd shift

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of the plant leadership team. You’ll supervise and coordinate production employees, ensure safety and quality standards are met, train and develop team members, and adjust staffing based on workflow. Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports, while communicating effectively with the Production Manager and other departments to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvements.
