Finance Manager responsible for leading Budgeting, FP&A, and performance management across Wasl’s units (Hospitality & Golf), coordinating a budgeting calendar, consolidating reports, and driving system-driven improvements in budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee monthly financial reporting for Wasl and its managed operations, including actual vs. budget comparisons and presenting findings to senior management.
•Manage financial reporting for Business Units such as Hospitality and Golf, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Coordinate the budgeting process across departments, consolidating budgets and presenting analyses to secure approvals.
•Act as the focal point for new FP&A initiatives and budgeting systems/tools (e.g., SAP SAC) and liaise with project teams for implementation.
•Lead a team of three direct reports to deliver a structured financial reporting calendar and high-quality analysis to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in finance or accounting field.
•Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A / Budgeting roles.
•Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of budgeting and ERP SAP & SAC systems is an advantage.
•Experience in leading a small team and coordinating budgeting processes across departments.
