Area Visual Merchandiser

Lead visual merchandising strategy across a large area/region/country of stores, ensuring brand-aligned window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups. Guide and mentor Senior VMs and VMs, maintain visual consistency through regular store reviews, and adjust floor plans and product zoning based on sales and customer insights. Collaborate with operations, buying, and brand management, support marketing launches, conduct market research and competitor benchmarking, and manage the area’s visual merchandising budget and reporting.
