Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead factory scale-up of novel emulsifier technologies.
  • •Support new product introductions by ensuring recipes are accurately implemented in the system.
  • •Support and contribute to emulsifier technology Profit Improvement Projects (PIPs).
  • •Provide process expertise from the site to support the R&D team in Naas.
  • •Partner with cross-functional departments to achieve project objectives and drive continuous product and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Ability to manage projects independently and drive them to completion.
  • •Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.
  • •Familiarity with systems, preferably SAP.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
