Managed Services Engineer F/H

Deliver managed services for multiple clients, handling both Support & Maintenance and the operation of client infrastructures. Resolve incidents by diagnosing faults (bugs, hardware, configuration changes, licenses), manage communications with partner vendors, and coordinate with Level 2 network and security engineers. Run infrastructure monitoring events, assist end users with Level 1 issue resolution, keep solutions operational (MCO), and perform implementation changes (MACD/Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes).
