Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional execution of releasing new products and ensuring ROI for every development effort.
  • •Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to deliver schedule, cost, and quality.
  • •Plan and manage projects from Assess Opportunity through release to market using MS Project, ensuring budget alignment.
  • •Perform and oversee product reliability and characterization (including failure analysis root cause) and develop qualification plans.
  • •Maintain schedules and milestone updates, coordinate logistics/shipment priorities, and provide weekly/monthly status updates to senior management and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •10+ years of experience with project engineering/management on highly complex products/projects.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities leading multifaceted global organizations.
  • •Successful track record in indirect management and influence.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
