Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a small team of supply and inventory planners; establish a weekly planning rhythm and grow team capabilities.
  • •Translate demand forecasts into purchasing requirements, production plans, and replenishment strategies across SKUs, suppliers, and distribution nodes.
  • •Manage days of inventory on hand by balancing service levels, working capital, and cost through safety stock, order sizing, expedites, and allocation.
  • •Continuously optimize planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and batch sizes based on performance and variability.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (S&OP, sourcing, demand planning, product, operations, finance, and data science) to present risks and support launch and lifecycle transitions, and improve in-house planning tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, operations, or supply chain analytics, including experience leading or mentoring others.
  • •Strong supply planning fundamentals including replenishment logic, safety stock, lead times, MOQ constraints, and service level trade-offs.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and comfort with planning systems and BI tools with strong attention to detail.
  • •Experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve planning workflows and analyze large datasets.
  • •Operational mindset and clear, structured communication to drive early risk spotting and corrective action.
