Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead thorough incident investigations with robust root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are followed through with stakeholders.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve the site H&S management system aligned with ISO 45001 and HelloFresh global standards.
  • •Develop and own site-level H&S policies, risk assessment frameworks, and safe work procedures.
  • •Proactively identify systemic risks and drive preventive initiatives; lead and facilitate workplace risk assessments with the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC).
  • •Track, analyze, and report H&S KPIs and prepare for internal/external audits (including BSI/ISO), conducting spot checks and compliance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience as an H&S specialist or senior H&S role.
  • •Deep, current knowledge of Swedish OH&S legislation and strong ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements independently.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex incident investigations and identify systemic root causes, not surface-level fixes.
  • •Experience designing and leading risk assessment processes and improving H&S management systems (not only maintaining them).
  • •Fluent in Swedish and English; capable of communicating clearly at all levels and influencing operational leaders.
