Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the stockroom as the primary business owner, including processing, product placement, and transfers.
  • •Maintain a neat, orderly, safe, and secure stockroom while ensuring stock processes and policies are followed.
  • •Plan for new product arrivals and execute adjustments; receive and verify shipments and handle discrepancies so counts are accurate.
  • •Control damaged merchandise and mis-mate inventory in accordance with company standards.
  • •Train and develop stock associates in partnership with the Store Manager and support sales by replenishing and displaying product; provide customer service on the sales floor.

  • •1 to 2 years of retail store experience preferred.
