Key Responsibilities

•Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized and optimized.
•Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes for accurate vehicle records.
•Receive, prepare, and process vehicles for sale or auction, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys.
•Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
•Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation and follow CarMax EH&S requirements to maintain a clean work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 25.6 hourly

•High School diploma or equivalent work experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
