Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized and optimized.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes for accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles for sale or auction, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys.
  • •Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation and follow CarMax EH&S requirements to maintain a clean work area.
