Key Responsibilities

•Partner with advisory consulting and account teams to ensure customer success from discovery through deployment and value realization.
•Translate technical concepts into business benefits for management and executives; deliver technical demonstrations and proof of value across multiple opportunities in parallel.
•Design reference architectures and patterns for using MongoDB to meet customer needs; influence product management with field feedback.
•Lead technical discovery, demos, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria to support sales in the territory; mentor other pre-sales team members.
•Drive demand through partner programs and industry events; build joint proposals with partners and drive partner Center of Excellence strategies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software and technical aptitude.
•Proficiency coding in one or more modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or languages like C/C++, Java, or C#.
•UI development skills with semantic HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, using frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js or Angular.js; experience with AI agents to orchestrate UI designs.
•Proficient in deploying applications to the Cloud with DevOps best practices; experience with AWS preferred.
•3+ years of software development experience; excellent presentation and communication skills; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
