Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • •Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support successful implementations
  • •Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate internally to resolve them efficiently
  • •Own communication with Sales and clients through to resolution
  • •Support installation, implementation, configuration, and deliver technical presentations/demos including 3rd-level XML support

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
