Job Summary

Provide technical consulting and integration expertise to help clients implement LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. Partner with Sales and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and ensure a strong customer experience. Share product knowledge and best practices, analyze root causes, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Support installation, configuration, technical presentations, product demos, and 3rd-level XML support, contributing to mentoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
•Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support successful implementations
•Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate internally to resolve them efficiently
•Own communication with Sales and clients through to resolution
•Support installation, implementation, configuration, and deliver technical presentations/demos including 3rd-level XML support

•BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
