Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead cross-functional teams for system and hardware development from product definition through production.
  • •Develop multilevel board physical design, DFM, power regulation, bring-up qualification, debug, thermal, signal integrity, and EMI.
  • •Drive technical definition/architecture and issue resolution across programs in concept, feasibility, execution, production, and sustaining phases.
  • •Define and manage validation and support hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, design verification, and tuning for cost/performance.
  • •Create and publish technical documentation and provide implementation guidelines/feedback to silicon, package, and system design groups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,800 - 244,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong board hardware and system design experience.
  • •Proven ability to drive product development from concept to mass production.
  • •Ability to write product specifications and manage BOMs.
  • •Solid experience in high-speed mixed-signal design and Power Integrity for high-power ASIC products.
  • •Cadence tools experience, such as Concept Capture and Allegro PCB.
