•Provide technical support before, during, and after installation, plus onsite functional testing as required; support and maintain existing system software.

•Associate’s degree.
•4+ years of experience with Johnson Controls, Andover Controls, or Siemens Controls.
•Ability to work extended hours/weekends and provide on-call support in emergency situations when needed.
