Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform teller functions efficiently, effectively, and accurately in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition customers to a banker.
  • •Assist clients with financial goals using available financial wellness tools.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and review product guides, fees, and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Experience in a client service role (required).
  • •Experienced in cash handling (required).
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Notary License (preferred).
