Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead diligence and underwriting documentation for the most complex and larger commercial real estate credit relationships, including credit presentation preparation and coordination through closing and funding.
  • •Ensure loan agreements comply with approval documents and address potential issues in consultation with relationship managers.
  • •Analyze financial statements and projections, evaluate risks and mitigants for complex credits, and provide oversight of credit relationship performance and monitoring.
  • •Manage assigned portfolio risk evaluation and compliance requirements, monitor performance and trends, and ensure credit process metrics stay within prescribed tolerances.
  • •Serve as a client and internal point of contact for the assigned portfolio and mentor Analysts, Associates, and teammates building underwriting/deal processing skills.
