Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle office situations and deviations according to supervisor guidance, priorities, and procedures.
  • •Screen telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence; route requests to the right person or office; prepare and sign routine non-technical correspondence.
  • •Schedule tentative appointments and arrange conferences and meetings; attend meetings and record/report on proceedings.
  • •Review outgoing materials for consistency and conformance with procedures and ensure required clearances are obtained.
  • •Prepare documents in final format, perform data entry in WAPA systems, process invoices, reconcile credit card statements, and manage filing/scanning and storage closeouts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED.
  • •Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • •Minimum 3 years of work experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Minimum 3 years of work experience arranging meetings, booking appointments, arranging business travel, and preparing correspondence.
  • •Able to obtain WAPA Suitability Clearance (position contingent on contract award and funding).
