Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the annual workplace programming roadmap across all hubs and align it to broader department goals.
  • •Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design scalable solutions to remove them.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for site-level operational issues where no established playbook exists.
  • •Deliver workplace services (building systems, facilities operations, F&B, and physical space issues) and set service standards across hubs.
  • •Own health & safety frameworks, maintenance lifecycle planning, and govern minor works, moves, and refurbishments across hubs.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years in Workplace Operations, Facility Management, or Property Management with ownership of programs, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • •Experience operating across multiple sites or regions while maintaining consistent standards and adapting locally.
  • •Experience negotiating vendor contracts and running RFP processes end-to-end.
  • •Working knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety standards (familiarity with other Canadian provincial and US state requirements is a plus).
  • •Comfort making decisions without a perfect playbook and navigating ambiguity to move forward with the information you have.
