Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community events as directed.

  • •Maintain working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
  • •Obtain/maintain S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
