Job Summary

Own the end-to-end PAS (Revenue Cycle Management) customer engagement for InterSystems’ TrakCare product: review tenders, analyze customer processes, propose best-fit standard solutions, and create solution documentation. Lead induction and training (including train-the-trainer), support validation and go-live onsite, and troubleshoot issues through implementation. Serve as a subject matter expert grounded in healthcare PAS rules and UK hospital billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Review proposal and tender documentation to identify functional gaps prior to customer release.
•Analyze customer processes and identify gaps; run solution presentations and propose best-fit standard solutions.
•Produce solution documentation (business requirements/maps, solution design, validation scripts) and manage configuration via the edition change process.
•Set up customer site configuration and support validation, including troubleshooting and logging errors per corporate procedure.
•Deliver induction/training (train-the-trainer, workshops) and provide on-site support through customer go-live and support handover.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare and a strong understanding of PAS processes in the UK.
•Deep understanding of PAS rules, workflows, and requirements in private and public UK hospitals.
•Experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations with clinicians and other stakeholders.
•Experience with business process mapping and writing functional documents.
•Experience contributing to a multi-disciplined team.
