Job Summary

Design, size, and lay out customizations to proprietary wastewater equipment for specific client projects. Create and review complete fabrication and submittal packages, managing scheduling, fabrication, delivery, and procurement to meet deadlines. Perform engineering calculations for equipment and full systems, maintain project budgets, and support installation, startup, training, and issue resolution. Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful fabrication and delivery of quality products.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, size, and layout changes to customize proprietary wastewater equipment for various projects.
•Perform engineering design calculations (e.g., hydraulics, structural loads, fluid mechanics) for equipment and systems.
•Generate and review fabrication packages, ensuring scheduling, fabrication, delivery, and procurement align to client deadlines.
•Utilize SAP to issue project purchase requisitions and monitor project budgets (fabrication, labor, materials).
•Assist with installation, startup, training, and troubleshooting support for clients and contractors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
•Minimum of 3+ years engineering and/or project management experience (preferred).
•Engineering and problem-solving experience with strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
•Proficient with Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar 3-D packages.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
