Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day surveying activities within the EPC and concessions environment to ensure efficient execution, compliance, and operational target achievement.
  • •Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, and operational activities to deliver tasks and projects on time.
  • •Liaise with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure communication, issue resolution, and alignment on technical requirements.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, HSE requirements, and industry best practices for the sector.
  • •Monitor operational KPIs and quality benchmarks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of operational requirements, standards, workflows, and regulatory expectations within the EPC and concessions sector.
  • •Advanced knowledge of surveying processes, documentation, reporting standards, systems, and operational controls relevant to the role.
  • •Proven experience within the EPC and concessions sector handling operational, technical, project, or functional responsibilities related to the role.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, contractors, stakeholders, resources, and service delivery activities in complex operational environments.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office applications, operational dashboards, and performance tracking methodologies.
