Store Manager

Lead end-to-end store operations while driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through strong customer service. Implement store operating procedures and ensure brand and company policies are followed at all times. Manage stockroom organization, audits, and visual merchandising standards, and promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to drive repeat sales. Supervise retail staff, handle rosters and issues, and provide feedback to area and operations managers, while maintaining store security vigilance.
