Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert-level installation, service, and troubleshooting of smart home technology in customer homes
  • •Train on industry-leading smart home products to become an expert and explain system capabilities and operational instructions
  • •Manage inventory and company assets with a business-owner mindset, including routine maintenance
  • •Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue by enabling customers to purchase additional products and services
  • •Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
  • •Live within a 20-mile radius of the city
  • •Pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law
  • •Lift and carry up to 45 lbs and work while bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • •Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces like attics
