Technical Project Manager (ICT Network)

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT network infrastructure projects, from initiation through test and commissioning. Own project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests, and provide regular status reporting on milestones, risks, and issues. Provide technical leadership for city-wide enterprise network deployments, coordinating enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud connectivity, and infrastructure teams. Manage vendors and resources to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
