Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT network infrastructure projects from initiation through closure, including test and commissioning.
  • •Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests; track milestones, risks, and issues with regular status reporting.
  • •Provide technical leadership for deployment of city-wide enterprise network infrastructures and collaborate with architects, engineers, cybersecurity teams, cloud specialists, and infrastructure teams.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers; translate technical concepts for senior management.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage project risks and ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; oversee testing, acceptance, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •PMP certification.
  • •10+ years of experience in ICT networks and 5+ years managing ICT network projects.
  • •Experience managing timelines, multi-site, and cross-functional project teams for city-wide ICT network projects.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of enterprise network architecture and routing/switching, SD-WAN, wireless (Wi-Fi), data center infrastructure, cloud networking (Azure, Google Cloud), and network security.
