Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers on job duties and assist the supervisor with assigning and directing employee work.
  • •Communicate with supervisor/manager to maintain proper vehicle flow, log stock numbers, and track each vehicle’s lot location.
  • •Manage vans and transport drivers, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of employees and vehicles according to schedule.
  • •Shuttle employees to and from auxiliary parking lots and provide transportation to employees at remote sites.
  • •Lead and model safety behaviors, enforce company policies, review work volumes and staffing levels, and support performance against key performance indicators.

Key Requirements
