Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate short-term staffing demand planning and control key performance indicators to guide the team toward results.
  • •Manage the team’s work journey by controlling delays, absences, leaves, overtime, and the hours bank, and execute routine operational actions for the area’s processes.
  • •Monitor deliveries and team development through evaluations, feedback, and routing members to training.
  • •Perform standardized and optimized operational shift handovers to ensure proper communication and team division according to demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Pacote Office and WMS/LMS.
  • •Experience managing people and operational teams with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Experience leading both direct and indirect teams, ensuring people-management processes and being present with all levels as a culture principle disseminator.
  • •Availability to work in Perus/SP (KM 29 da Anhanguera) in the 3rd shift.
