Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
  • •5+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for high-performing commercial, industrial, science & technology, or healthcare facilities.
  • •Registered Professional Engineer (PE), if eligible.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, and other engineering analysis programs, plus knowledge of building/mechanical/energy codes and design standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, FGI, etc.).
