Job Summary

Coordinate and execute personalization packaging work across packaging design, development, sampling, production, and operations for Asia—China. Own requirements from concept to packaging definition, drive material development and approvals with stakeholders, and lead packaging guideline review plus performance testing, qualification, and validation. Optimize packaging for quality, efficiency, and cost while managing milestones for BR (Buy Ready). Report to the Senior Packaging Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee personalization packaging work to ensure smooth project execution from requirement definition through implementation.
•Provide direction for packaging design, development, sampling, production, and operations.
•Develop and coordinate packaging requirements for product styles to meet BR (Buy Ready) timeline needs.
•Drive packaging material development, sampling, and approval while managing key milestones with stakeholders.
•Review packaging guidelines and coordinate packaging performance testing, qualification, and validation, then adjust solutions to meet market and quality needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above; Packaging Engineering or a related major is preferred.
•5+ years of experience in the packaging industry, with familiarity in packaging design, testing, development, and project management processes.
•Strong packaging technical capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results on time.
•Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills to set goals, develop plans, and drive execution effectively.
•Fluent technical and business English communication skills (written and verbal).
