Job Summary

Lead electrical design reviews and project coordination for UK-related building services, driving technical rigor and continuous improvement across GCC and India teams. Collaborate with UK/WSP groups, manage project meetings and risk processes, and ensure timely delivery of design concepts from feasibility through tender stage while adhering to UK codes and energy strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the design.
•Provide continuous feedback to the Local Head of GCC on the effectiveness of the protocols and processes in place with a view to continuous improvement.
•Develop positive professional relationship with the WSP UK Team, communicating openly about project progress.
•Participate in project and team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams in WSP.
•Identify and act on, or refer, potential risk issues and follow in full the company commercial and contracting processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with membership to a recognized engineering body (e.g., MIET, CIBSE, INSRAE, ASHRAE).
•Minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience.
•Design experience on UK projects and strong knowledge of UK building services standards.
•Fully proficient in technical software such as Dialux, Dialux EVO, Amtech, Hevacomp; strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
•Fluent in English with excellent technical terminology understanding.
