Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
  • •Develop 3-year financial trajectories aligned with inflation and growth assumptions.
  • •Forecast revenue per client, analyzing historical trends and growth assumptions for F1, F2 and budget.
  • •Provide detailed cost projections considering inflation, historical behavior, and allocation rules for the budget.
  • •Project CAPEX and cash flow at the BL level for F1, F2, budget and 3YP; deliver presentations and financial analyses requested by HQ and region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • •Approximately 10 years of professional experience in finance with at least 5 years in FP&A, preferably in a multinational
  • •Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence tools; experience with Oracle/Hyperion
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • •Deep knowledge of cost allocation rules and how costs are allocated, to drive budgeting and cost optimization
