Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
•Develop 3-year financial trajectories aligned with inflation and growth assumptions.
•Forecast revenue per client, analyzing historical trends and growth assumptions for F1, F2 and budget.
•Provide detailed cost projections considering inflation, historical behavior, and allocation rules for the budget.
•Project CAPEX and cash flow at the BL level for F1, F2, budget and 3YP; deliver presentations and financial analyses requested by HQ and region.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred
•Approximately 10 years of professional experience in finance with at least 5 years in FP&A, preferably in a multinational
•Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence tools; experience with Oracle/Hyperion
•Fluency in English (spoken and written)
•Deep knowledge of cost allocation rules and how costs are allocated, to drive budgeting and cost optimization
