Distribution Development Supervisor

Lead relationships with strategic digital partners to increase numeric distribution and achieve sales and profitability targets. Integrate partner support processes with Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable. Own KPI performance (coverage, sell out, forecast accuracy, strategic brands, contribution margin, collections) and coordinate on-field visits to generate insights. Identify value opportunities beyond day-to-day operations, analyze market information, and contribute to annual negotiations between the company and the partner.
