Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to global and regional leadership on supply chain strategy, supplier partnerships, and operational risk management.
  • •Partner with global and regional functional leads to ensure category strategies meet broader business needs.
  • •Own strategic supplier relationships, implement strategic supplier partnerships, and lead negotiations to drive competitive advantage.
  • •Develop business cases that improve franchisee economics, operational efficiency, and long-term system value.
  • •Drive supply continuity and operational resilience across a multi-country supply network, proactively mitigating geopolitical, inflationary, commodity, logistics, and operational risks.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally in the food industry or related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience in global/regional strategic category management or procurement.
  • •Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • •Strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders, challenge status quo, and drive change.
  • •Strong commercial/financial acumen and analytical skills using spend analytics, procurement technologies, and data-driven decision-making tools.
