Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks and provide full chip-level integration support.
  • •Perform layout verification including LVS, DRC, and Antenna checks, along with quality checks and documentation.
  • •Deliver on-time, acceptable-quality block-level layouts in a multiple project environment.
  • •Lead planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution to meet project schedule and milestones.
  • •Guide junior and senior team members on sub-block layout execution and review their work, and communicate effectively with global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process across multiple technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or a related field.
  • •Expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS.
  • •Hands-on experience creating layouts for critical blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, and Differential Amplifier.
  • •Strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals and layout effects on speed, capacitance, power, and area.
