Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day inspection activities and quality control processes across different distribution center teams.
  • •Implement and monitor inspection/measurement teams; provide daily guidance with the Product Integrity DC team.
  • •Analyze garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes; review inspection records and documentation to identify issues.
  • •Make accept/reject decisions and notify the Senior Manager Product Integrity of deviations/out-of-tolerance standards before corrective action.
  • •Interview/hire employees and manage performance while preparing monthly KPI reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree or certification in textile or fashion design.
  • •3-5 years’ experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
  • •Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards, with ability to measure and inspect high-end garments.
  • •Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time/resource management to meet production deadlines.
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and strong written/verbal communication.
