Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered digital inspection software that improves engine inspection, reporting, and customer experience across the global aftermarket network. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate user behavior and analytics into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI-assisted tools. Build and maintain an enterprise design system, run usability research, and collaborate on design-to-development handoff within Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze user behavior and product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Google Analytics) to improve usability and customer experience.
•Translate user insights into wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted tools.
•Develop, maintain, and enhance the enterprise design system for consistency and scalability across products.
•Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and customer engagement to validate product decisions.
•Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams on product requirements, design-to-development handoff, and iterative improvements.

•Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related discipline.
•6+ years of experience in SaaS Product Design or UX/UI Design (or related).

•Experience using product/UX analytics tools to inform design decisions.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
