Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Architecture team to understand DFT architecture and implementation.
  • •Interface with Design teams to ensure DFT design rules and guidelines are met.
  • •Work with the PD team to ensure correct DFT implementation and closing timing.
  • •Generate manufacturing test patterns for stuck-at and transition fault models, using on-chip test compression.
  • •Simulate and verify ATPG and LBIST patterns; analyze stakeholders for design changes and support silicon bring-up and debugs, including maintaining scripts as needed.
