Job Summary

Play a key role on the AMD EPYC Server team to improve the quality of next-generation EPYC Server SoCs using structural DFT, ATPG, and LBIST. Collaborate with Architecture and Design to ensure DFT rules are met, generate and simulate high-quality manufacturing test patterns (including compression), and work with stakeholders for maximum ATPG coverage. Support silicon bring-up and debug, and develop scripts to enhance the workflow.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Architecture team to understand DFT architecture and implementation.
•Interface with Design teams to ensure DFT design rules and guidelines are met.
•Work with the PD team to ensure correct DFT implementation and closing timing.
•Generate manufacturing test patterns for stuck-at and transition fault models, using on-chip test compression.
•Simulate and verify ATPG and LBIST patterns; analyze stakeholders for design changes and support silicon bring-up and debugs, including maintaining scripts as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,338,160 - 4,768,800 annually

•Good working knowledge of ATPG tools (Mentor TK).
•Exposure to static timing analysis and timing closure.
•Excellent hands-on debug skills and scripting skills.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work in a worldwide team environment.
