Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and respond to daily incoming client requests and inquiries, researching and facilitating solutions in line with bank policies.
  • •Execute compliance activities including BSA/AML requirements, customer identification, due diligence, and beneficial ownership documentation.
  • •Open, service, and maintain wholesale deposit accounts; monitor NSF and unposted transaction reports and process approvals for timely postings.
  • •Process payments and advances on loan accounts, transfers and stop payments on deposit accounts, and prepare loan payoffs and coordinate collateral releases.
  • •Coordinate loan documentation preparation and closings with internal teams and external counsel/attorneys; fund and board loans and handle exception reporting.
