Manually stack and load boxes onto pallets from the production line prior to shipping, ensuring boxes are properly aligned, labeled, and lot numbers are positioned correctly. Under general supervision, assist with loading ice-packed poultry onto trucks as needed and follow all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and safety and PPE requirements. Work the 2nd shift and maintain productivity while meeting physical demands.

•Ensure stacked boxes are straight, with labels facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside.

•Follow all company policies and NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, plus local, state, and federal requirements.
•Follow departmental and company safety policies, including wearing PPE where required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.15 hourly
