Job Summary

Own KPIs for monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging and educating Fresha partners on platform value. Upsell to increase monetised revenue from existing accounts, analyze performance reports, and maintain strong partner experience through regular (online video) relationship building. Execute a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to reduce churn while working closely with the Account Manager Team Lead.

•Upsell by analyzing reports and executing plans to increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
•Build meaningful partner relationships through online video meetings to ensure strong partner experience.
•Administer a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
•Support ongoing activities needed to achieve account growth and monetisation goals.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Arabic and English.
•1–2 years of experience as an SDR and 1–2 years experience as a revenue-generating account manager.
•Demonstrated experience managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in SaaS.
•Experience selling into SMB.
•Self-starter with excellent communication, listening, and time management; able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
