Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation projects across DHCM and cross-vertical teams, managing complex dependencies and business impact.
  • •Own the full project lifecycle from initiation and business case through execution, go-live, and closure.
  • •Define project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks; establish PMO standards, consistent reporting, and portfolio tracking.
  • •Oversee enterprise integrations and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and DH IT technology standards.
  • •Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and technical teams; facilitate steering committee sessions and support executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in IT program and project management in large enterprise environments.
  • •Proven expertise in enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, asset management, contact center platforms, and RPA).
  • •Strong background in IT demand management, program delivery, and enterprise architecture for large-scale technology initiatives.
  • •Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (SPM, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) plus audit, compliance, and budget management.
