Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall direction and management to operations and administrative aspects of multiple branch offices.
•Lead branch personnel with work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of internal procedures and controls.
•Manage daily branch financial activities, including budget preparation/control, purchasing, and business planning.
•Drive branch sales, productivity, cost containment, and inventory/control assets performance.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal laws; support installations/service consistency and communication to corporate operations.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years’ management experience managing a diverse operation with multiple business units (preferably in Audio Visual or Construction).
•Demonstrated experience managing multiple branches/offices and leading teams toward strategic objectives with efficient timelines.
•Experience with budget preparation, fiscal management, and cash management, including analyzing and interpreting financial data.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
•Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with continuous improvement experience preferred.
