Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall direction and management to operations and administrative aspects of multiple branch offices.
  • •Lead branch personnel with work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of internal procedures and controls.
  • •Manage daily branch financial activities, including budget preparation/control, purchasing, and business planning.
  • •Drive branch sales, productivity, cost containment, and inventory/control assets performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal laws; support installations/service consistency and communication to corporate operations.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years’ management experience managing a diverse operation with multiple business units (preferably in Audio Visual or Construction).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multiple branches/offices and leading teams toward strategic objectives with efficient timelines.
  • •Experience with budget preparation, fiscal management, and cash management, including analyzing and interpreting financial data.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with continuous improvement experience preferred.
